TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Each affiliate will receive commissions for sales generated on holyhydrogen.com directly made by their advertising efforts. These sales will be tracked with a promo code and/or a direct link.
• All affiliates must be approved and submit a W-9 Government form for eligibility to be paid commissions.
• Each eligible referral will be qualified for compensation after 30 days of the referred purchase delivery date and counted at the beginning of the following month.
• Any order resulted in a dispute such as cancellation, chargeback, return, and a refund will be excluded from the referral compensation.
• Posting of the coupon code and the referral link on any “coupon/discount website” or a similar website is strictly prohibited and may result in an immediate cancellation. The purchases made using the coupon code found in unauthorized websites and links will be excluded from the referral compensation.
• By participating in the Affiliate Program, you agree to all applicable commercial and public anti-bribery laws and not to engage in any activity that may be considered fraudulent or invasive or that may be considered spamming.
• Affiliates are prohibited from targeting the following keywords in pay-per-click advertising: “Hydrogen,” “H2,” “holy hydrogen,” “holyh2,” “lourdes,” “hydrofix,” or any combination of those phrases.
• Affiliates are prohibited from making medical claims.
• By participating in the Affiliate Program, you release Molecular Hydrogen Technologies, LLC (“Client”) and Holy Hydrogen LLC (“Client”) from all liability, including, without limitation, with respect to the compensation.
• Affiliate shall release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Client(s) and its officers, agents, and employees from all suits, actions, or claims of any character, name, or description, brought on account of any injuries or damage, or loss (real or alleged) received or sustained by any person, persons, or property, arising out of services provided under this agreement or Affiliate's failure to perform or comply with any requirements of this agreement including, but not limited to any claims for personal injury, property damage, or infringement of copyright, patent, or other proprietary rights.
• Each affiliate is responsible for all applicable taxes and fees resulting from compensation.
• Molecular Hydrogen Technologies, LLC reserves the right to modify or cancel the Affiliate Program/relations and the offers, at any time. If any violations are found, the affiliate relations may be terminated immediately. Any remaining referrals accounts and payout will be canceled.
• Molecular Hydrogen Technologies, LLC reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
